Brandon C. Armant is a marketing strategist, a skilled journalist, an author, and a motivational speaker. He aids people and brands in their success by helping them tell their story in ways that elevate their voice, and genuinely resonates with their audience.
For the last ten years, Brandon has served as the President and CEO of BAMM | A Communications Company that boasts an extensive portfolio of creative marketing campaigns, as well as broadcast and digital media productions through its subsidiary, BAMM Network, a digital platform that elevates Black & Brown voices with content for Millennials and Generation Z.
Brandon has also served as a community News Columnist for The Times-Picayune, Louisiana's leading source for print and online news and information; and he has interviewed the likes of A & B-list celebrities and leaders like Master P., Eric Bennet, Romeo Miller, Maliq Johnson, and the Rev. Jesse Jackson.

Brandon has over a decade of experience in public relations, media relations, marketing, communications, public speaking, event coordination, and social media outreach. Prior to BAMM, Brandon served at O. Perry Walker Charter High School as the Director of Institutional Advancement, where he led the establishment of the school's first ever alumni association and the re-establishment of the school's parent association. While there, he also served as the sponsor of the school's student government association and other extra-curricular activities.
Prior to that, Brandon served as the Director of Communications for the Algiers Charter Schools Association (ACSA) central office, where he successfully led a branding campaign to unify the identification of all ACSA network schools and marketed the organization with its first billboard and social media advertising campaigns. He began working with ACSA in January 2008 as the first Communications Specialist at O.P. Walker. While in that role, Brandon led the school's student recruitment campaign, branding O.P. Walker as the first public school in New Orleans with billboard advertising campaigns.
Prior to ACSA, Brandon worked as a legislative assistant for a Louisiana state representative, and as a field producer and assignment editor for WVUE-TV, FOX 8 News in New Orleans.
Brandon attended Loyola University to receive a Bachelor of Science in Communications – Broadcast Journalism. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
Brandon currently serves as a member of the R. C. Blakes Senior Scholarship Committee Board of Directors, the Gulf Coast Social Services Board of Directors, and as an ambassador for the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Thurgood Marshall College Fund charter school Board of Directors, the De La Salle High School Alumni Association Board of Directors, and the Foundation for Science & Mathematics Education Board of Directors. He is also a founding member of the Alliance for Diversity in Excellence, and he's a member of the Urban League of Young Professionals, the National Association of Black Journalists, the National Press Photographers Association, the Public Relations Society of America, the Advertising Club of New Orleans, and the Press Club of New Orleans.
